I began studying holistic therapies in 2020 and have over 800 combined hours of professional training in meditation, sound healing, Usui Reiki, ceremonial Cacao facilitation, and breathwork. I bring an authentic, heart-centered approach to the various modalities that I work with. My unique way of balancing science and spirituality allows my teachings to resonate with a broad audience. As a self-proclaimed nervous system nerd, I enjoy teaching others how holistic wellness helps to rebalance our bodies from a functional perspective.
Before my wellness journey began during the pandemic, I was a workaholic in a constant state of burnout. I could not sit still and was always on the go. I battled chronic fatigue and anxiety along with a handful of other health issues. Holistic wellness has had such a positive impact on my life and so I have proudly partnered with various organizations with the common mission of helping other people slow down, relax, and reset. I want everyone to know how approachable meditation and other modalities can be. And how impactful they can be for our overall health and well-being.
